We never claim that a specific film, show or studio is included, and we do not promise new releases on any schedule. Subtitles and audio tracks
Subtitle languages and alternative audio tracks depend entirely on the source of each title. Some titles carry several, many carry only the original soundtrack, and the options can change over time. We cannot guarantee a particular language on any film or episode, so please check the titles that matter to you during the free trial.
Live channels and sport
Channels launch, close and change hands, and sports rights move between broadcasters every season. Channel names and line-ups on this site were accurate when written and are reviewed regularly, yet no channel or match is certain to be present on a given day. Picture quality
PrimeFlexMedia delivers 4K, FHD and HD. Actual results hinge on how each program was originally produced, plus your own television, hardware and connection, so 4K is never promised for any particular program. Roughly 25 Mbps per 4K stream is a sensible guide, and the 4K IPTV page lists the other requirements.
Prices and terms
The prices on this site are the prices we charge. We do not show invented former prices, countdown timers or fake deadlines, and we do not sell lifetime access. The longest term is 12 months, there is no contract, and no order renews automatically.

Third-party player apps and devices
PrimeFlexMedia does not make a player of its own. TiViMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and every other app or device mentioned on this site come from separate companies that can alter their pricing, features or availability whenever they wish; none of them is affiliated with us. Favorites, resume points and subtitle choices are saved by each app on its own device, and PrimeFlexMedia cannot copy them across screens. Downloads sold as a PrimeFlexMedia APK are not ours.
Your responsibilities
Choosing what to watch, confirming it is lawful in your location and keeping your login private are all your responsibility. The technology behind IPTV is lawful; distributing programs without permission from rights holders is not, and rules differ by country. The Protecting Lawful Streaming Act, passed in the US in 2020, is aimed at people operating unlicensed services for profit. We cannot rule on the legal standing of any specific service or viewer.
