Films, series and live events exist because people create and finance them. PrimeFlexMedia acts on proper notices sent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as well as comparable claims from abroad. A notice that satisfies the statute leads us to take down, or block access to, whatever it names. The US Copyright Office explains the rules behind this process.
How to send a notice
Write to +44 7451 256085 on WhatsApp and begin the message with "DMCA notice" so it is routed correctly. Alternatively, use the form on our contact page, choose Other as the topic and include a WhatsApp number for our response. We have no public email inbox, so these are the only two routes.
The six things a notice must include
Which copyrighted work is affected, described clearly.
The allegedly infringing material and its exact location, detailed enough that our team can find it quickly.
How to reach you: legal name, mailing address, phone number and the reply channel you prefer.
A good-faith declaration that neither the copyright owner, its agent nor the law permits the use complained of.
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that everything in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are legally entitled to speak for one.
A handwritten or electronic signature from you.
Response times
Complete notices get an acknowledgment within 2 business days; we act on the named material within 5. Incomplete notices get a reply pointing out the gap, and they stay on file until you fill it.
Counter-notices
Think something of yours came down by error? Reply with a counter-notice via either route above, giving matching identification details and a sworn explanation, under penalty of perjury, of why you believe the takedown was wrong. What this policy covers
It covers material published on primeflexmedia.online plus anything streamed via PrimeFlexMedia. Please route setup or payment questions to regular WhatsApp help instead, so genuine copyright reports are not buried. Personal details inside a notice are handled under our privacy policy.
Accuracy matters
Please be certain before filing. The DMCA lets courts award damages against anyone who knowingly makes a false infringement claim, or a false claim that something was taken down by mistake.
