Who controls your data
The controller for everything described here is PrimeFlexMedia, the business behind primeflexmedia.online. Customer conversations happen on WhatsApp or via our site forms only, because we run no public mailbox.
Trial and contact forms
The free trial and contact forms ask for a name, the gadget you intend to watch on and whatever you want to tell us. Adding a WhatsApp number or email address is optional, and it is used only for our reply. Every submission also stores the sending IP address, which helps stop spam bots.
Orders placed by form or WhatsApp
Placing an order means giving us your first name, where you live, an email address and a WhatsApp contact, so we can confirm details and send the checkout link. Chatting on WhatsApp naturally shows us your display name and number too. Payment card or bank information goes straight into the processor page and is never visible to PrimeFlexMedia.
How the data is used
We put personal data to five uses and no others: creating your account, sending credentials, fixing technical problems, answering your messages and sending one reminder shortly before a term expires. We never sell, rent or swap it with anyone.
Cookies and site statistics
A lightweight analytics tool tallies visits so we learn which guides prove useful. It builds no advertising profile and places no advertising cookies. Blocking analytics in your browser leaves every page fully usable.
Retention periods
We hold customer records during an active term plus 12 further months, letting someone who comes back pick up the same credentials. Then they are wiped.
Messages sent through website forms are erased 90 days after we receive them.
Your rights

Security
Every page on primeflexmedia.online loads via HTTPS encryption, and only our support staff can access stored records. Credentials travel in a private WhatsApp chat, so please keep them to yourself, since anyone holding them can use your streams. Credentials found in public are handled under our terms of service, and refund requests follow the refund policy.
Player apps on your devices
Favorites, resume points, subtitle preferences and any PIN you set live inside whichever third-party player you installed, on that gadget alone, and never reach PrimeFlexMedia servers. Our disclaimer says more about those apps.
