TiViMate Setup Guide: Your Login, Then Films, Box Sets and Live TV

TiViMate is a polished player for Android TV, Google TV, Fire OS sticks and Android boxes. It began as a live TV player, and recent versions also show Movies and Series sections for Xtream playlists. Add your PrimeFlexMedia login, sent on WhatsApp in under 15 minutes, and switch on the on-demand content. You then get live channels and the film library side by side in one app. This guide walks through the login, turning on films and series, browsing by genre, moving through seasons, changing audio and subtitle tracks, resuming and favourites, plus the playback settings that keep big 4K films smooth. The free version handles the basics, and Premium adds extras.

Before opening TiViMate, gather these

  • An Android TV, Google TV, Android box or Fire OS stick, for example a Fire TV Stick 4K Max
  • The server URL, username and password PrimeFlexMedia sent you on WhatsApp
  • The TV remote and about five minutes
  • An Android phone for TiViMate Companion, only if you decide to buy Premium

No login yet? Start a 24-hour PrimeFlexMedia trial with no card and follow along. Curious what sits behind the Movies tile? Read about the on-demand film library and how TV series are laid out by season, or compare plan lengths and screen counts.

TiViMate and PrimeFlexMedia: 12 steps from login to the film library

  1. Get TiViMate onto the television

Google TV and Android TV owners can search Google Play for TiViMate IPTV Player and add it at no charge. On a Fire TV stick, the Downloader app handles the sideload. Samsung, LG and Apple TV screens have no TiViMate at all; IPTV Smarters Pro is the way to use the same login there.

    Compare PrimeFlexMedia plans

  2. Add PrimeFlexMedia as an Xtream Codes playlist

Open the app, select Add playlist, then Xtream Codes. Type in the three details from our message without changes and continue. TiViMate checks the account and shows what it found. If it refuses to connect, confirm the address finishes with the port number.

  3. Include the movies and series content

While adding the playlist, look for the option to include VOD, meaning movies and series, and make sure it is ticked. Without it, only live channels load. Name the playlist PrimeFlexMedia and finish. The first load runs longer than a live-only list, because the catalogue is large.

  4. Find the Movies and Series sections

Press left to open the main menu. Movies and Series should sit near TV. If they are missing, open Settings, then Playlists, select PrimeFlexMedia and check that VOD is enabled, then update the playlist. Some features in this area may need Premium, and the app says so when they do.

  5. Browse films by genre

Inside Movies, categories appear as rows or a side list, labelled by genre, language or quality as the source names them. Scroll a row to see posters, and press OK on one for its details and play button. A search option sits in the menu for when you know the title.

  6. Watch a series season by season

Open Series and pick a show. Its page lists the seasons; choose one, then the episode. When an episode ends, go back to the list to start the next. Libraries change over time, so if a season looks short, update the playlist before you report it to us.

  7. Use favourites and resume

Long-press OK on a film or show to open its options, which include adding it to favourites. TiViMate tracks part-watched titles on that device, so a film you stopped can usually be resumed from the same point. Favourites and resume points stay on the TV and do not travel to other screens.

  8. Change the audio track and subtitles

While a film plays, press OK or the menu key to bring up the playback panel. Audio track and subtitle choices appear there whenever the copy carries them. Many films offer just one soundtrack, so a short list is normal. Another version of the same title may include more languages.

  9. Turn on Auto frame rate

Open Settings, then Playback, and switch on Auto frame rate. The TV then matches each film to its native frame rate, which removes the small judder you notice on slow camera pans. Your TV or stick must support frame rate switching for this to work.

  10. Give big 4K films a larger buffer

If a 4K film pauses on Wi-Fi, raise Buffer size in the Playback settings by one step and test again. A network cable is the steadier fix wherever one reaches. When a single title keeps stalling, pick its FHD copy, which needs much less bandwidth and still looks crisp.

  11. Decide whether you need Premium

Live TV and the grid guide work on the free version. Premium adds features such as multi-view, recordings, extra playlists and replays of past shows. It is bought only through TiViMate Companion, an Android phone app, and one TiViMate account can unlock up to five devices. Try the free version first.

  12. Repeat the setup on another television

On the next Android TV or stick, install TiViMate and enter the identical Xtream details, ticking VOD again. Simultaneous streams follow your PrimeFlexMedia plan, from one to five. Premium owners should also log in to the TiViMate account on that set. Favourites have to be rebuilt there.

Where to find things in TiViMate

TiViMate hides most options behind the left menu and a long press of OK. This table saves you hunting for them on the first evening.

TiViMate or Smarters for a film-first evening?

TiViMate shines on a TV with a remote, and its playback settings give big films a smooth picture. If you mostly watch on phones or tablets, or own a Samsung or LG TV, follow the IPTV Smarters Pro guide instead. Setting up a stick first? The Android TV setup guide covers installing apps from Google Play.

Want to test TiViMate with real films before paying for anything? Start a PrimeFlexMedia trial of 24 hours, then choose a length and screen count that fits. Plans last one, three, six or twelve months, with no contract.

Want the maker's own instructions for menus and settings? See the TiViMate developer site. Titles come and go over time, and subtitle or audio languages depend on the source of each film, so test the ones you care about during the trial.

Big 4K films pausing? Check these first

  • Connection: a network cable or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band holds a long 4K film far better than 2.4 GHz through walls.
  • Other traffic: pause large downloads, game updates and cloud backups in the house while the film plays.
  • The device: it must decode HEVC for most 4K titles; older sticks and TVs often play the FHD copy more calmly.
  • The copy: if one title stalls, pick its FHD version for tonight and tell support which film it was.

TiViMate giving you trouble? Fixes that usually work

Movies and Series are missing from the menu

VOD was not ticked when the playlist was added. Open Settings, Playlists, PrimeFlexMedia, enable it and update. If the option is there but greyed out, the feature may need Premium on your version.

TiViMate cannot load the playlist

Check the last characters of the server address first, since a dropped port number is the classic mistake. Make sure the plan has not ended. Retype the password with the remote instead of pasting, because pasted text sometimes carries an invisible space.

A film shows a black screen with sound

The device may not decode that format. Pick the FHD or HD copy of the title. In Playback settings, switching the decoder option, where your version offers one, can also help with a single stubborn file.

A 4K film stops to buffer

Raise Buffer size by one step, use a network cable if possible and pause other downloads at home. If only one title stalls, its source may be heavy, so play the FHD version.

Subtitles do not show up

Subtitle tracks depend on the copy you picked. Open the playback panel and check the list. If it is empty, try another version of the same title, or watch with the audio language you prefer.

Adding another playlist needs Premium

Only one playlist fits on the free tier. Upgrade through Companion, or delete the existing entry before adding a new one. A single PrimeFlexMedia playlist already holds live TV, films and series.

Other players that accept your PrimeFlexMedia login

Fill TiViMate with films, series and live TV

One PrimeFlexMedia login opens 120,000+ movies and series next to 25,000+ live channels. Try it free for 24 hours, get the login on WhatsApp in under 15 minutes, and choose any plan length with no contract and no automatic renewal.

TiViMate with PrimeFlexMedia: common questions

Does TiViMate show movies and series?

Recent versions do, for Xtream playlists. Tick the VOD option when you add the PrimeFlexMedia login, and Movies and Series appear in the left menu next to live TV. Films sit in genre categories and series open by season and episode. Some VOD features may depend on Premium, so check what your version shows before you buy anything.

What does TiViMate cost?

The core app is free: live channels, the grid guide and a single playlist. Premium adds multi-view, recording, extra playlists and replays, and you can only buy it through the Companion app. Steer clear of cracked builds offering Premium for nothing, since they may hide malware and leak your PrimeFlexMedia details.

Can I change subtitles in TiViMate?

Yes, when the film carries them. Press OK during playback to open the panel, then choose a subtitle or audio track from the list. What appears depends on that copy, so one version may offer several languages while another has none. Trying a different quality of the same title often brings up more options.

Do films come built into TiViMate?

No. TiViMate is a player, and its Premium licence unlocks features rather than content. Films, series and channels come from the service you add, such as PrimeFlexMedia. Be suspicious of sellers who bundle a TiViMate licence with content. Buy Premium through Companion and pick your service on its own merits.

How many TVs can one TiViMate Premium account unlock?

A single TiViMate account activates Premium on as many as five devices. The number of TVs streaming at once is a different limit, controlled by your PrimeFlexMedia plan. For three sets playing films together you need at least the 3-device plan, and the screen count can change whenever you renew.

Does TiViMate run on phones and tablets?

No. TiViMate is built for TV screens and remote controls, and the Companion phone app exists only to buy and manage Premium. On a phone or tablet, install IPTV Smarters Pro for Android or Smarters Player Lite for Apple and sign in with your PrimeFlexMedia details. Every device counts toward your plan screen limit.
